Our inpatient orthopaedic teams care for patients who have undergone orthopaedic procedures, including hip and knee joint replacements, spinal surgery, shoulder surgery, foot and ankle surgery & hand and elbow surgery.
Full orientation is given to all new staff and a specialist Clinical Nurse Educator provides support to the nursing team to keep up to date with the latest trends in orthopaedic nursing. Requirements
- New Zealand Registered Nurse or eligible to obtain registration
- Able to work rostered 8 hour shifts
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience in Orthopaedics
