We are looking for a Registered Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to work in our Needs Assessment Service.As the successful applicant, you will cover the Mid and Far North catchment, so a sound knowledge of this area and its resources is essential. You will have experience in needs assessment and excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to self manage your workload and work effectively as part of a multi disciplinary team.
