Through effective relationship development both internally across the business and externally with your customers, you have the potential to influence business decisions and have significant impact on the direction and growth of the business.
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and the distributor network in the Lower North Island.
The lower North Island region encompasses New Plymouth across to Gisborne and down to Wellington.
Critical elements of the position include:
In-field supervision which would include accompanying distributors on customer visits, coaching on cold calling, customer service, presentation etc.
Recruitment, training and retention of distributors.
Monitor sales performance, call rates and call quality and take action where required.
Being the liaison person between head office and your team, communicating effectively new initiatives, changes etc.
To be successful in this role, you will be experienced in mobile sales force management, ideally with a knowledge of the direct selling industry.
You will have a proven track record of effectively driving brand presence in a highly competitive environment
.
In addition you will be proactive and results focused, with strong negotiation skills and a high level of numerical and communicative aptitude.
The successful applicant would ideally be based central to these regions territories.
