Change Officer- fixed term 12 month contract, Canberra ACT
Naiman Clarke has been exclusively retained by our client, a leading public sector health provider, to recruit an experienced team of IT professionals for a new ehealth IT project.
This project is initially for 12 months (extension highly likely) and is based in Canberra, ACT.
An experienced Change Officer is required to join this project.
The Change Officer will have at least 2-3 years experience providing change management support to projects or programs that are run using PRINCE2 methodologies.
The Change officer will work under the direction of the Change Manager and will be responsible for:
  • Providing change management support in the development and implementation of projects
  • Preparation of correspondence, reports, promotional material, business cases and other communications
  • Coordination and researching information and briefing material
  • Maintaining and updating project plans and producing regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis
  • Liaising with stakeholders and assisting other members of the eHealth project
The successful applicant will have good project management experience alongside well developed change management and organizational change skills.
