You are an enthusiastic and motivated person who can provide leadership to our HR Team.Reporting directly to the CEO, and working closely with our front line managers & HR Team, your responsibilities will include but not limited to leading and managing a range of human resource initiatives, policies & procedures, HR contracts. You will play a key role in helping our company provide quality care for people by developing and implementing HR solutions in line with our business strategy and values. Also being a member of the executive team you will contribute to the leadership and strategic management of our company.To be successful you have a bachelors degree with 7-8+ years experience with HR & preferably with Senior / General Management experience. You are a team player with a can-do attitude in achieving results, able to look after the detail as well as have strong planning & people skills. Most importantly, you have an ability to work with all of our employees in a positive and proactive way.
