Due to our on-going success and business growth we have restructured internally and promoted a number of staff into new positions, this in turn has created an opportunity for a new team member to join us and manage our front of house operations.
The first impression of our businessis a key factor in building our client relationships and setting expectations of the highest standards ofprofessional service. Thisposition is the gateway to our business and our people.
The primary responsibility of the role is to prioritise and direct incoming calls and meet and greet clients attending our offices.
Additional duties will include general administration such as: data entry, scanning, file management, document production.
Technically competent you will be an expert user of Microsoft products ideally including MS CRM Dynamics, with proficient and accurate typing capability.
This is aclient facing role and as such will require a confident and efficient personality who can effectively engage with clients frommany different countries and some where English is not their first language.
