Its RWC 2011 and DB Breweries have a dream opportunity for an experienced Demand Planning Manager to step in and ensure that supply and demand numbers are really hitting the mark! The Demand Planning function is crucial to the success of DB and forecast accuracy is essential to its continued growth and success. As the Demand Planning Manager you will provide leadership to the demand management team and will play an integral role in the S&OP process. Reporting through to the GM Retail Sales you will support both the retail and on-premise teams nationally to drive forecast accuracy. You will manage the monthly forecast cycle across all portfolios for domestic and export sales and identify any gaps to budget. You will drive process improvement across the board to improve accuracy by working closely with both operations and sales teams and often by being the conduit between the two. You will take a strategic view and will be an integral part of new product development and change projects with the ability to influence and manage change. In this fast paced business you must have the ability to quickly develop relationships and influence outcomes at all levels. Your ability to challenge and be challenged will drive your success. You will thrive on responsibly and will be relentless in your drive for a best practice approach. Advanced Excel skills will be essential and SAP APO/BW very much preferred. Previous experience in an FMCG environment will also be a must in order to understand the complexity and pace of the business.
