With a hhistory of continuous innovations in the insurance industry and an uncompromising ccommitment to service excellence, CIGNA New Zealand seek a life insurance product management specialist, to provide thought leadership and industry expertise to help them meet aggressive growth targets.Reporting to the National Business Development Manager this newly create role will work across multiple business units, and will be tasked with product management and bringing new products to market to support business objectives. The focus of the role is to conceptualise, develop and bring to market, robust product propositions that include all elements of the marketing mix and to be a passionate customer champion. The position will entail reviewing market trends and utilising independent research tools to manage and deliver a product set commensurate with a marketing leading position. Having a strong understanding of product management principles within the insurance sector, you will have the ability to drive commercial outcomes within the fabric of a large complex multi-stakeholder environment. You will have a proven track record in new product development and enhancements with a strong project management skill set, and be able to offer innovative, creative and blue-sky thinking.
