In this role you will be the key contact for customers in the customer services division.This means handling queries around account balances, minimum payment due dates, transaction history, and limit increases to name a few. Its not just the banks customers though; you could also be dealing with their corporate partners too and no one call will be the same!

If you are keen in this position you MUST meet the following criteria:
- Hold Permanent Residency or NZ Citizenship
- Clean credit history including any minor defaults need to be paid off
- Have customer service skills (think hospitality, retail environments, reception etc) with stability as well as tenure
- Be able to attend an assessment centre Wednesday 24th August and start on Monday 3rd October if successful
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- Be able to provide references from direct report managers from your last two roles
- Flexible to work rostered shifts between 7am 11pm Monday to Sunday
