The Solution Architect role sits within Professional Services and is responsible for ensuring that the projects assigned are properly estimated and thoroughly planned to achieve high standards of delivery of high-performing mobile solutions to end-clients.As Solution Architect, you will work in partnership with the Project Manager to ensure that the project baseline (scope, schedule, budget) is maintained and that any changes are effectively managed. You will provide leadership and technical guidance to teams and be responsible for total technical project success, guiding them to successful completion.This position is primarily an external, client-facing position that requires advanced knowledge of .NET technologies and web architecture (C#, ASP.NET, XML, XSLT, Web Services, WCF, SOA, UML, etc) as well as experience with project management, customer relationship management, financial/budgeting, and resource management/team building skills. Previous software development/system integration project management is preferred.To be considered, you will need to possess, along with relevant qualifications, a minimum of six years of software development experience with two years spent designing and developing internet e-commerce applications, ideally in a customer-facing role.
