This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR/Payroll professional to be part of a highly successful, forward thinking and well-integrated HR team.
This role encompasses wide ranging responsibilities and accordingly we are looking for an inspiring and experienced person who leads by example, drives accountability and process improvement, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Group Manager, Human Resources you will be a key member in the HR leadership team, contributing to its strategic direction and ensuring overall HR performance targets are achieved.
Strong and open communication will be key to your success in this role. Your initial task will be to gain trust and credibility with business managers. You will also be system savvy and able to identify and implement business improvements. All of this will be achieved whilst leading and developing a team who are responsible for processing a large and complex payroll.
