This is a permanent, full time position based in the Hutt for an innovativeand hands onBusiness Manager.
Working for a national retailer,you will lead theongoing success and growth of the online capacity of the business.
Working across the total online sales process you will:
- Manage a small, dedicated team
- Set sales/marketing budgets with CEO
- Produce daily/monthly sales reports
- Set up and execute marketing strategy
- Design/manage online user experience
- Implement monthly sales and loyalty programmes
- Liaise with media, designers and across various internal departments

Solid business management, marketing andIT experience are crucial to your success in this role. You will have aproven ability to meet budgets and ideally be familiar with managing a business unit.
