Joining this large, iconic Newmarket-based operation as Marketing Manager (Innovation) could well be the answer.
Adopt this key position within the trans-Tasman Innovation Team and you’ll get behind soon to be developed FMCG brands to create and execute highly differentiated and compelling marketing strategies. Employing your passion for capturing powerful consumer insights you’ll monitor various brands’ performance, identify new opportunities and play a key role in getting new products to market – using both traditional and innovative marketing approaches along the way. This means working with internal stakeholders from across the business while effectively managing external parties too.
As a degree qualified, highly accomplished Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager you have extensive functional marketing expertise (specifically in the area of new product development). You’re a skilled people manager who can influence and communicate effectively and you’ve strong commercial awareness, entrepreneurialism and the resilience to respond under pressure. To top it off, you have experience working across all media, an ability to effectively manage agency relationships and a knack for successful stakeholder management.
