A proven position has been reinstated into the successful NZ operation to provide strategic, operational and financial leadership for the business. With strong market analysis experience coupled with financial exposure you will assist in driving initiatives, growth, business strategy and profitability.

Reporting to the Country Head you will work closely with the NZ Product Managers and maintain a regular dialogue with the Australian finance team. You will have a forward thinking approach to business and have demonstrated a balance between your marketing expertise and your finance background. A tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or Finance is required.
An aptitude for learning the ins and outs of this niche market with a level of regulatory compliance or previous industry experience will see you involved in both forecasting for their mature products as well as planning for their pipeline. Your experience in a multi-site operation, preferably international, will have seen you involved in business reviews, developing operating plans and budgets. In addition to key metric reporting you will be responsible for recommending productivity initiatives and challenging proposals to ensure acceptable ROI.
If you can make an excel spreadsheet dance, are experienced with TM1/COGNOS reporting, familiar with SAP, or similar, and thrive in a small, friendly team making a difference to peoples lives, then apply to:
