Our client is looking for an experienced Claims Consultant to join their friendly team who are on a mission.The recent events in Christchurch demand professional conduct, efficient working and swift resolution taxing even the most organised claims operation.Using your excellent customer service skills to deal with brokers and clients you will be managing the full life cycle of the claim from initial contact to final payments. Responsible for a broad and large portfolio of claims you will be dynamically allocated high volume outbound queues up to 500 files.
