With a strong and proven background in testing, you will work within across various projects developing the Test Strategy to meet the needs of the project and ensuring test specific plans are developed and documented, resources are managed and test results are measured against expected deliverables.
As the manager responsible for assigned projects and testing changes, the Test Manager assigns and actively manages testing tasks within an agreed time-frame and cost estimation, this role will work closely with various business units as well as the wider project team.
Skills and experience:
  • Strong background in testing and experience looking after the test life cycle
  • Experience providing high level test strategy and an ability to be creative in your test approach
  • Management of a team of test analysts and the ability to up-skill others
  • Managing a test budget, strength in planning
  • Ability to adapt and change direction promptly
  • Risk management and project implementation reviews
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables
