Our customers are often embarking on new programmes of work and we require Senior Level resources to fulfill a key testing contracts.Following are some of the specific skills and experiences desired:Perspective:This resource will work at the Program level, spanning all work tracks within the Program.Skills Needed:1. Strong leadership skills2. Strong communication skills (verbal & written)3. Strong organization skills4. Strong knowledge of testing disciplines – testing artifacts, levels of test, types of test, etc.5. Experience in testing disciplines and test lead responsibilities6. Familiarity with automation tools is a plus7. The ability to have a high-level understanding of program technology interactions8.
