Sometimes our branches need a “thank goodness your here” person, to assist us during busy times and enable us to best support our customers.We are looking to grow our casual pool across the Auckland region with customer service super stars with the flexibility to work on an on call basis.The JobAt Westpac, we pride ourselves on delighting our customers by helping them to achieve their financial goals. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a critical role in the Retail Bank team and ensure that our customers have a superior experience every time.Our “face of the bank” role ofCustomer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers andishighly instrumental in delivering Westpac‘s friendly and professional service. In this role you will process a large number of customer banking transactions and use your comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to help customers directly or refer them, as appropriate, to specific areas within the broader business – assisting them in reaching their financial goals.YouWe are looking for motivated employees who are ‘customer centric’ and have enjoyed working in a sales and service focused environment. Banking experience is preferred but not essential.To be successful in this role you must be determined to succeed, and have the energy and drive to work in a fast paced retail environment.
