Are you an experienced Claims Consultant looking for a new opportunity? This is your chance to make your mark and be instrumental in the success of the ANZ and National Bank Claims Team within the Vero Group of companies. We are a team passionate about being part of a high performing and highly motivated call centre team dedicated to the needs of the bank customers.The Vero Opportunity:You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers – predominantly handling new claims notified direct from the customers by telephone.Vero People:You’ll already have some insurance experience and pride yourself on your outstanding customer service and negotiation skills. If you have experience handling claims, that will be an advantage but it is not essential as long as you have some insurance experience. You’ll also be an excellent communicator and work well as part of a team. Organisational skills, attention to detail and effective relationship building will also be amongst your strengths.
