We require a Supervisor for our Coal team. The Coal Supervisor will ensure that daily and weekly coal targets are met and is responsible for managing coal employee performance and development. This position reports to the Operations Manager.Completely proficient at driving all machinery on site, our new Coal Supervisor will have at least five years of Mining experience. Along with well developed organisation and management skills, you will have considerable experience in the day to day supervision of staff and be well-versed in health and safety requirements in a mining environment.As well as a great career opportunity, we offer a competitive remuneration package including fully subsidised health insurance.
