We are currently recruiting for a number of roles throughout Australia for both established RPOs and businesses with existing internal recruitment functions from consultant to team-leader level.
Suitable candidates will most likely have a strong blend of agency and internal experience. They will have the ability to engage with internal stake-holders up to CEO level, demonstrating high levels of integrity, and be acutely commercial. Also, to impress in the internal space, successful candidates will have to take candidate attraction to the next level using social media and outside-the-box thinking to recruit the very best talent for their business.
