Our client is a large government department and as such there are multiple systems and processes that require ongoing analysis and improvement.You will be responsible for leading the analysis of business improvements which will streamline the Departments practices. You will provide recommendations and advice on process or system improvements, supporting these recommendations with documentation.To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in evaluating business processes and systems on a large scale. You will be an effective project manager and have the ability to juggle multiple projects and be adaptable in shifting project focus.We are seeking a person who enjoys identifying problems, mapping processes, writing supporting documentation and can gain credibility with senior managers and gain buy-in.
