We are one of New Zealand’s leading alcoholic beverage companies with great brands formany occasions.We are currently looking for aMarketing Support Administrator to join our marketing team in Newmarket on a 12 month fixed term basis.Key responsibilities for this role include the processing of accounts for the marketing team using our inhouse accounts system, support to the sponsorship and events team, control of our events equipment and the ordering of stationary and stock. You will also be required to assist with adhoc administrative requests and work closely with the team‘s Personal Assistant.The successful applicant will have very strong customer service skills, good eye for detail and a clear understanding of financial processes. In addition to this, you will have the ability to multi-task,meet deadlines and be process oriented.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • previous experience inadministration and an interest in marketing
