As a highly experienced Test Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Writing Test Strategies/Test Plans
- Providing estimates for resource utilisation through a project
- Management and delivery of successful projects
- Management of teams on and/or off shore
- Advising clients on best practice for their specific situations
- Business development
- Coaching, appraising and mentoring staff
To be successful in this position, you will have a minimum of 8 years experience covering all areas of the testing lifecycle, experience in multiple industry domains including Telco and Banking, and the ability to liaise with staff across all levels of the business, including the ability to deliver presentations and training courses.Your ISTQB accreditation will also be highly advantageous.
