As the Store Manager for this global empire, will have overall responsibility for the success of the store! This role will see you working in fun, upbeat environment leading by example and driving your team to provide exceptional service levels. You will be proactive in training and developing your team members, achieving KPIs, and supporting your team in the effective operations of a busy store.
To be a successful candidate:
- Solid fashion store management experience of a large team
- The ability to motivate, train and lead your team to achieve budgets and KPI’s
- Exceptional fashion sense and a polished presentation
- A natural flair for fashion styling
- Amazing customer service and sales skills
- In addition you will have an understanding of how to build a solid return customer base and the skill to manage this clientele with flair!
