Are you a talented Customer Insights Manager withonline experience looking for a challenge and a chance to make a difference in an organisation?
This is a great opportunity to be part of an established financial services institutions customer analytics and modeling team.
You will be in charge of driving customer insight through developing and implementing a framework for digital channels. To be successful for this role, you will have the following requirements:
- Previous experience with customer segmentation
- Strong statistical analysis and modeling skills
- Google analytics to an advanced level
- Data modelling to an intermediate level
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience mentoring & coaching junior analysts
- Excellent communication skills
