Recent growth has meant a CRM Marketing Coordinator role has become available- a role that is pivotal in our organisation. Reporting to the General Manager of Giltrap Prestige and taking instruction from the Marketing Manager of the Giltrap Group, this role will cover database marketing, customer follow-up programmes, website management, some event management, and general marketing for Giltrap Prestige. This role will also include some PA duties for the General Manager of the dealership, though the successful candidates primary focus will be on the customer database.
A full time role in a company the size of the Giltrap Group means that this role is a fantastic career opportunity to someone who is passionate about our products.
This is a wide-ranging role meaning the successful candidate will cover database management and marketing for sales, service and parts, and will need to be flexible in these different projects.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have 2 years experience in marketing and/or database management
- Have a strong eye for detail
- Be process-driven and be able to work within set parameters
- Have a good grasp of the written language, and be able to communicate with customers
- Be competent in juggling many projects simultaneously
- Advanced MS suite ability
- Have a passion for the car industry
