We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing Professional Division located in Hamilton.
As Business Development Manager, you are responsible for generating business from a variety of cold to warm prospects, then sourcing ‘best-fit’ candidates for those organisations. You will also be responsible for:
- Negotiating Commercial Terms with clients.
- Advertising on various electronic job boards / print media.
- Telephone screening, Interviewing and Reference checking candidates.
- Implementing various sourcing strategies.
- Providing Market Reports for presenting to your clients.
You will most likely have……
- Previous Recruitment experience, preferably with Civil or Mining.
- Database experience.
- Existing industry networks are well regarded.
