You will also be expectedto takea proactive approach to customer services and be responsible for the quality of your customer contact. In order to be successful for this role, you need to have the following:
- Citizenship or Permanent Residency in New Zealand
- Proven customer service experience
- Clear and articulate communication skills
- There are 3 different part time shift patters covering mornings, weekends and evenings
