As a Sales Manager/Coach for Life Insurance, you will use your passion for helping customers to coach and support our sales teams within the Westpac Retail Bank.The primary focus of this role will be to work with the Retail Bank sales team to identify training needs within our branches and work with our Bank Managers to ensure that their staff are confident and capable of having great insurance conversations and delivering great outcomes for our customers.You will be responsible for raising awareness and understanding of Westpac‘s life insurance offer, and ensuring we deliver exceptional solutions to meet our customers’ needs.To be a success in this role, you will be customer focused, and be able to link into the broader Westpac sales capability programme. You will display strong affinity for insurance, proven sales experience and a passion for coaching.You will have the ability to build strong relationships across the business with key stakeholders and business partners.
