We have a fantastic opportunity on offer as a result of the continuing demand for private elective surgery. Working Monday to Friday from 0645 1515, this role is based at Mercy Hospital in Epsom.
The role calls for an experienced nurse manager who is in search of a role with lots of variety in a busy 6 bed Cardiac ICU and surgical HDU. The successful candidate will have post-grad experience in cardiothoracic or general intensive care nursing, be passionate about delivering quality care, super-organised, a great team player and systems orientated. Working with a great team of skilled and experienced nurses this is your opportunity to make a difference!
This role along with the Charge Nurse CTU/CCU/CIU, make up the Cardiac Nurse Management Team though each has specific areas of responsibility they work collaboratively, with regular catch-ups to both support each other and ensure provision of the very best cardiac environment for our patients, consultants and the team.
