In this role you will provide support to the two Executive Managers who are responsible for the OD&PS Group, as well as providing secretarial services to several key organisational committees.The OD&PS Group incompasses a wide portfolio of key services including Legal, Quality and Risk, Research, Training and Development, Occupational Health and Safety and Human Resources.This role is key to our high performing team and you will have significant PA or EA experience working with senior managers and be familiar with the mechanics of large organisations. You will demonstrate superb customer service skills, be highly organised and experienced with busy diary management tasks. A high level of computer literacy, written proficiency including experience with minute and report writing is essential. Some expereince with desktop publishing and managment of projects would be desirable.The role is based at Wellington Hospital in Newtown.
