We are looking for a sole charge Office Administrator to oversee the day to day running of our clients business. This role has lots of variety from Customer Service through to Accounts and Payroll.
Your challenge will be to stamp your mark on this role, using your skills in management, accounting and business systems.
Can you prioritise effectively and handle pressure when it comes your way?
If you are articulate, engaging and have genuine people skills you will thrive in this environment, developing positive relationships with both staff and clients. A high level of accuracy and the ability to complete work in a timely manner is paramount, and proficient computer skills are required.
You responsibilities will include:
Financial administration Accounts Payable/Receceivable
Debtors/Creditors Payroll
Quality Assurance
Support Services
The ideal candidate will like to take charge and enjoy completing a range of tasks to a high standard. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills.
