We are looking for a full-time permanent tutor who wants to make a difference to young people’s lives.The Youth programme is designed to motivate young people and provide them with the necessary skills and guidance to move into further training or entry into the workforce.Ideally you will have:

• Proven experience tutoring, helping others learn or develop
• Rate yourself as a great communicator
• Care about young people and want to make a difference
• See yourself as a people person
• Enjoy working with a diverse range of people
• Can develop opportunities for learners and rally support from local industry
• Enjoy having autonomy whilst feeling part of a team
• Enjoy meeting targets within given deadlines
