My client is a leading multinational organisation in its field and currently has an opportunity for a Dialler Analyst to join their finance team.
As an experienced analyst; you have had the responsibility for developing and executing dialler campaigns. Ideally, you are familiar with the newest technologies in this area including SMS and voice messaging, a background in database applications, excel and programming and exposure to a contact centre environment.
Reporting to the Dialler Manager your responsibilities will include:
- To effectively manage the departments dialler operations
- Improving overall department activity and contributing to the success of the team through successful campaign and strategies
- Analyse and improve dialer efficiency and activity to maximise customer contact
- Understand the stakeholder requirements
- Deliver reporting and development when required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to successfully collaborate with senior management
- Solid technical background working with intricate database programs in a similar role
- Exposure to the Finance and contact centre environment
- A strong tenacity and focus on your work to achieve the most successful outcomes

This opportunity offers a fantastic salary with additional bonus and benefits. You will be supporting the dallier between the hours of Tuesday – Friday 10am – 6.30pm & Saturday 9am – 5.30pm.
