What will you be doing at Vero?
Our claims consultants manage insurance claims, and are responsible for effectively establishing rapport with our brokers and customers. In this role you’ll be managing earthquake claims adhering to best practice, controlling claim costs, building strong relationships with both internal and external customers and business partners, and identifying improvement opportunities in systems and processes.

What do I need to bring?
You will be an innovative thinker, have outstanding customer service skills, and establishing relationships will be second nature to you. To be successful, you will bring skills in negotiating, conflict resolution, and have an eye for details. Insurance experience and claims specific experience is definitely an advantage.
