Efficient and organised administrative assistant required for a national not-for-profit public library organisation. Duties include general admin, organising meetings, minute taking, accounts payable & receivable, and assisting with the upkeep of our website. As part of a small team you must have a flexible can-do attitude and be prepared to help out with a variety of tasks. An eye for detail and good communication skills are very important, as are excellent time management and the ability to work without supervision. Strong MS Office skills and experience in minute taking are essential for the role. Experience in accounts management would be an advantage. This is a part time position of around 15 hours per week, located in central Wellington.
