We have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated and dynamic person to lead a team of dedicated Claims Consultants. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing and coaching people, has real enthusiasm for learning new things and enjoys a challenge.
To succeed in this role you will be able to demonstrate previous success in leadership roles. You will be a true people person who can build relationships with ease and has a pro-active approach to change. You have a strong, positive influence on a team of people and are able to coach them to achieve goals. You will also have the ability and confidence to empower a team to make quality claims decisions while maintaining superior customer service levels. Insurance or claims experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
