Our Lower Hutt based client is currently looking for a bubbly, energetic and organised administrator to join their team on a permanant basis.
This role offers a lot of variety and will see you:
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable
- Ordering stationary
- Managing short term hires
- Liasing with clients over the phone and in person
- Providing sales support
- Supporting the service team
- Data Entry
- General office maintenance
Ideally our client is looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:
- A minimum of 1 year administration experience
- High level customer service skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Great communication skills
- Outgoing and positive
- Reliable and motivated
