Our client, a government department who deals with land information and titles, are looking for two Customer Support Agents to start immediately.
These positions are full time three month fixed term contracts based near Hagley Park. In this position you will be working in a busy contact centre taking calls from professionals and members of the public who have queries about land information and require technical assistance with the website. You will be working in a fantastic team environment where you will be given support and on-going training. A competitive salary package is on offer.
This role requires a professional candidate who can demonstrate patience and maturity when dealing with clients. Ideally you will have previous call centre experience in a Help Desk environment, however this is not essential. We are looking for someone who is proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of programmes and you will also need to have the ability to learn any new systems quickly.
