Basic Desktop and networking knowledge a must. A super enthusiastic, willing to learn approach is needed. Also the ability to communicate well in English is essential.
You would be working as a desktop / network support technician using the cutting edge of technology.
The successful applicants will ideally have a desire and the ability to provide great customer service, the ability to multi-task in a busy environment, and a friendly and personable manner. The applicant must be a self starter able to prioritise and communicate very well within the team and with the clients.
Technical experience in a Windows network environment from previous help desk or similar role is desired.
Our Head Office is based in Newmarket, we deliver solutions to primary and secondary schools nationwide. This role is based in the Hamilton and surrounding areas.
The objective of this job is to help provide support to our clients Networks, PC’s, Printers, Projectors, Smart boards, Firewalls, Servers and IT infrastructure etc.
