We are seeking a chef who is confident in their ability, passionate about food, takes pride in their work and above all can demonstrate their ability to run our kitchen as sole charge over any service.
You will report to the Head Chef, supporting her in the day to day running of our kitchen. You will need to be capable, efficient and work well under pressure. Your attention to detail is second to none, which will ensure that you always work to a consistently high standard.
We are a busy CBD restaurant/caf and offer breakfast, lunch & dinner, 7 days a week, so you will be willing to work evenings and weekends.
