This is an exciting opportunity to join an established home furnishings brand and utilise your design and leadership skills to drive sales excellence.
We are looking for a vibrant leader, who is skilled in weekly management of staff sales performance through a defined set of KPI’s. Ideally you will have managed up to 3 high volume retail stores and will have an interest in Interior Design. You will have experience working for a corporate retailer with impressive sales results to highlight your performance.
With such strong retail experience to offer you will be given the autonomy to develop your team and manage the business your way. You will be remunerated with a base salary and bonuses for sales achievements. This is uncapped, so the sky is the limit!!! This is a North Shore based opportunity and requires travel within Auckland. A clean driver’s license and your own vehicle are required. (Mileage will be paid for travel between stores)
