- Set shifts between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
You’ll be…..
Taking calls from existing members and providing them with certainty on their level of cover for health care services at what could potentially be a stressful time. There will be times when you won’t be able to deliver their desired outcome, but you’ll have the maturity, empathy and resilience to overcome this.
You’ll need….
- SOLID work experience within a customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand in a permanent position
- To be available to start on the 5th September
- Be able to provide contact details for your 2 most recent Managers who are happy to act as verbal referees
