An interesting and diverse new position has opened up in the Strategy Planning and Performance Team at our headquarters in the Hokowhitu Campus, Palmerston North.
This role will work as part of the performance and evaluation team in the centre -the thinkers and development people, measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of training outputs across the Training & Education Directorate.
They will support Team Leader Performance and Evaluation providing information and guidance in training performance measurements, including audits and training course assessmentsand act as a conduit for the Senior Evaluators; supporting the work of the base and camp Senior Evaluators assisting to provide a central function of evaluating data.
To be successful within this role you will have:
- Demonstrated evidence of well developed analytical skills and an advanced understanding of performance evaluation and audit activity in an educational/training environment
- Subject Matter expertise to deliver evaluation based on sound knowledge of training and education policy and practices
- A clear understanding oftraining delivery drivers and the current environment, and reflecting this in the feedback of evaluations
- A good working knowledge of the impact of regulation and compliance.

- Capable of working independently but enjoy working within and supporting the priorities of a fast paced, high performing team
- A problem solver.
The role will involve some travel and will provide surge and cover for the team.
