We need a subject matter expert to fill this outstanding ‘Greenfield’ position in the Strategy Planning and Performance Team at our headquarters in the Hokowhitu Campus, Palmerston North.
This role will lead the ‘thought development‘ work as part of the performance and evaluation team in the centre measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of training outputs across the Training & Education Directorate.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Highly developed research and development skills
- Demonstrated credibility, agility and energy developing a service-driven learning solutions team in a change environment
- Subject Matter Expertise to advise design and development teams in a multi-site complex education and training environment.
Comments from the Team Leader said it all, The preferred candidate needs to have the evaluation qualifications and experience to provide advice on new ideas, examples of good practice, depth of knowledge and experience with evaluation and the development of evaluation approaches.They will need in depth analysis skills to provide advice on suitable processes for methods of evaluation as well as suitable metrics and will be to apply innovation and strategic thought to the new way forward.
