Corporate Partners has over 15 years worth of experience in the Bank General Insurance industry.We underwrite insurance for a large number of banks in New Zealand for both Personal and Commercial Insurances.

Our Corporate Partners team are looking for additions to their team of experienced advisors.

In this role you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from our banking partners and customers direct and providing underwriting support in relation to their domestic insurances.Providing an exceptional level of Customer Service and looking for opportunities to tailor solutions to ensure our client’s have the appropriate cover.

As you are predominantly dealing with our bankers directly, we are looking for people who are professional, positive and are willing to exceed their expectations.

In order to apply, you will need to have Customer Service experience. You will also need an Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suites and be able to pick up in-house systems quickly.

Corporate Partners are open 7 days a week. Mondayto Friday 7am – 9pm and weekends from 8.30am – 9pm.We are yet to confirm the shift hours, however it is likely that you will be required to work at least one day of the weekend (time and a quarter applies after 6pm during the week and all hours during the weekends).
