Great opportunity for an experienced Wintel Engineer to work on one of the leading accounts of this global IT services provider.
As the SME in the Wintel space, you will be the first port of call for any high severity server issues and will also provide technical consulting expertise to the client. The role sits between third level technical/operational support and architecture so a solid background in enterprise environments will be required to be successful in this role.
Being a client facing role, you will have an exceptional customer-centric ethos and proven experience working onsite and consulting with key clients.
Other necessary attributes and skills include:
- Detailed knowledge of Wintel environments with proven experience supporting Wintel at the highest level
- Enterprise level experience
- At least 7 years experience providing third level support
- Ability to draw out relevant information from clients to enable the provision of sound technical solutions
- Strong relationship building skills
