Our client is a banking giant – a real household name – and they are looking to expand their team of customer focused, good natured Customer Service Representatives!
Your day will involve taking inbound calls from customers relating to general enquiries about a wide range of their banking products and services. From interest rates, to credit cards, general enquiries to past transactions, direct debits to investigating the beginnings of fraudulent activity – no two calls will be the same – but your customer service will always be perfect!

Please note, this contact centre operates 7 days per week between 7am-11pm, 365 days per year. Need to give 4 weeks notice to your current employer? Perfect! This role is starting 1st October 2011, giving you plenty of time to tie up loose ends before you start your new role!
