A great opportunity has presented itself for either an established HR practitioner who will enjoy the lighter side of internal recruitment, or for an up and comer who has their sights firmly set on a career within a leading New Zealand company. Due to forecasted staff growth we are recruiting an additional member to an already existing centralised recruitment team. Working closely with others you will be a pro-active contributor when it comes to ensuring the recs are loaded on the system, the basic sourcing strategies are underway and the management of theinternal relationships with key stakeholders is on the straight and narrow.
With a can do attitude you will monitor the progress of the vacancies and keep both candidates and decision- makers informed. this may entail educating both parties around expectations and process whilst keeping the HRMS system updated. You will not have to concern yourself with an over abundance of paper work as you will not get involved in offer letters and subsequent documentation.
